This guide explains how base building works on EndPoint Games. It focuses on the rules, limits, and practical mechanics you need to know before building. Exact behavior may vary slightly based on server configuration.
Base Building Overview
Base building is meant for long term storage and defense.
A good base slows raiders down and gives you time to react.
No base is unraidable.
Smart planning matters more than size or materials.
Flagpole and Territory
A flagpole defines your base territory.
The territory is a 20 meter radius in all directions from the flagpole.
This territory is where you are allowed to:
- Build structures
- Place storage containers
The flag must always be raised and maintained.
If the flag decays, items inside the base may despawn, including stored loot.
Always keep your flag raised.
How to Build a Flagpole
To create a flagpole:
- Combine one rope and sticks to create a flag kit.
The flagpole is built instantly.
No additional materials are required.
Base Building Plus Book and Workbench
To start building, you must first find the Base Building Plus Book.
Without the book, you cannot begin base building.
Workbench
Before placing any structures, you need to build a Workbench.
Workbench recipe:
- 5 planks
- 1 Base Building Plus Book
The book is not consumed.
It must be placed on the workbench to access all available recipes and will be returned.
To craft building kits, you must place the book on the workbench and required materials inside your inventory.

Building System and Holograms
Base Building Plus uses holograms.
Holograms allow you to preview structures before completing the build.
They can be easily repositioned by unfolding them.
You only need to have the required materials inside your inventory to build.
We have adjusted stack sizes compared to vanilla to make building easier.
A larger backpack helps significantly.
Cement Mixer (Brick Crafting)
The BBP Cement Mixer is used to produce bricks, a critical resource for advanced base building. Understanding how it works will save time, fuel, and unnecessary risk.
Cement mixers spawn as static objects around the map mainly in industrial areas.
Tools and Materials Required
To operate a cement mixer, you need all of the following:
- Battery (Car, Truck, Heli)
- A Metal Wire
- Cement Mixer (static object)
- 2 x Concrete Mix
Important:
Do not confuse Concrete Mix with Mortar Mix. Mortar Mix will not work in the cement mixer.
Cement Mixer Locations
- Cement mixers are static objects
- They only exist in specific predefined locations
- On Chernarus, they spawn at standard locations
Cement mixers cannot be moved, so you must build or transport materials to them.
Creating Concrete Bricks
- Place 2× Concrete Mix into the cement mixer
- Switch the cement mixer on
- Wait approximately 5 minutes
- Bricks will appear once the process is complete
You can repeat the process:
- Insert 2 more Concrete Mix
- Turn the mixer on again
- Repeat until you have the required number of bricks
Cement mixer operations are loud and time-consuming, making them a high-risk activity. Plan accordingly and secure the area before starting production.
Storage
You can find storage containers around the map or through server events such as airdrops and player activated content.
Doors and Raiding Rules
Raiding can only happen:
- Friday from 12:00 to 23:59 UTC+2
- Saturday 12:00 to 23:59 UTC+2
- Sunday 12:00 to 23:59 UTC+2
Raiding can only be done through doors using C4.
Walls and other structures cannot be raided.
This allows players to build most of their base using wood and reserve materials for doors.
Door Tiers and Raiding Costs
Doors exist in three tiers.
Higher tiers require more explosives to breach.
- Tier 1 Door: 2 Breaching Charges or 1 Heavy Breaching Charge
- Tier 2 Door: 4 Breaching Charges or 2 Heavy Breaching Charges
- Tier 3 Door: 3 Heavy Breaching Charges
Tier 3 doors should be used to protect your most valuable areas, not entire large bases, unless you can afford it.
Locks and Storage Rules
Codelocks
To lock doors and storage, you need codelocks.
Codelocks can be found around the map or in server events such as airdrops and player activated hidden stashes.
To lock an object:
- Hold the codelock in your hands
- Look at the door or storage
- Enter a code when prompted
Keep your code safe and only share it with people you trust.
We will not refund items if a group member goes rogue.
Storage Limits
- Per player: Up to 10 locked storage lockers
- Per base: Up to 30 additional non lockable storage containers
Garage Limits
- Per Group: Up to 2 Pin protected Garages
Garages have 10 parking space.
- Cars need each 1 parking space.
- Helicopters need 3 parking space.
All Virtual Garages share the same space. You can have at surface level for cars and 1 for for Heli restore at the top of your base.
Doors and Fair Play
Always close your doors.
Doors close automatically on server restart.
If a player gains access through an open door, it is considered fair play.
Base Accessibility Rules
Every part of your base must be accessible by foot.
Do not force movement through animation locks such as:
- Vault only access
- Jump only routes
- Stair or ladder locking
Leave enough space between walls so players can raise their weapons.
This is required to keep PvP fair.
Snapping and Vulnerabilities
Always use the snapping system when building.
Poor placement that allows clipping or unintended access is considered a vulnerability.
If another player enters your base through a build flaw, it is considered fair play.
Custom Structures
Players are free to create their own structures using available building parts.
Creativity is encouraged.
Keep structures realistic.
Floating or physically impossible builds may be deleted without warning.
Location Restrictions
You may not build:
- In restricted areas marked in red on the server map
- Blocking roads or main travel routes
- Blocking server event locations such as airdrops
- Blocking police stations or other high value buildings
- Blocking buildings that contain PCs
Always leave enough space for normal player movement and don't create unfair advantages.
Maintenance
- Maintain your flag
- Repair damaged structures
- Check locks regularly
- Watch for signs of scouting
Neglected bases are easier to raid and more likely to lose items.
Final Notes
Base building is about buying time, not permanent safety.
Smart layout, proper door tier usage, and fair design matter more than materials.
Expect to be raided eventually and plan accordingly.
If attackers have to spend resources and time, your base did its job.
