Yes, PvP is allowed everywhere except inside the Green Mountain safe zone. Kill-on-sight is allowed, but friendly interactions and RP are encouraged.
Raiding is allowed only on weekends, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 11:59 PM UTC +2. If a base is not properly protected you can raid it any time of the week and is considered fair play.
Combat logging—disconnecting to avoid a fight—is not allowed. You need to wait at least 15 minutes before logging out.
Yes. Green Mountain is a safe zone where PvP, stealing, or hostile actions are forbidden. It can be used for safe interactions or Player to Player trading.
No, the server is trader-free to maintain the survival challenge. However, you can safely trade with other players at Green Mountain.
Press 'M' to open the Group interface. From there, create or manage your group and send invites for both parties and territories. Don't forget to promote them as they will be kicked out after restart
Yes! For example, autorun is bound to 'Notepad +', earplugs toggle with 'N', pings toggle with 'T', and personal markers toggle with 'K'. Check keybindings in Settings > Controls and assign them to your preference.
In DZSA Launcher: go to Settings and edit your Ingame Name field.
In DayZ Launcher: enable the Profile name checkbox under Parameters, then type your new name.
Yes. Certain areas on the map are toxic or radioactive and contain valuable loot. Always bring protective gear if you plan to enter these zones, or you’ll quickly die from exposure.
Protective gear is scattered across the map, mostly found in medical facilities and firefighter locations. You can also find it in medical airdrops. To safely enter toxic or radiation areas, you’ll need a complete NBC suit, including a mask, to avoid deadly exposure.
Absolutely. Military areas are hotspots for rare loot but are often camped or visited by other players looking for PvP. Always be cautious when entering these zones.
Yes. Helicopters can be used freely for scouting, looting, or supporting raids. However, they’re vulnerable to gunfire and can be destroyed, so fly carefully.
Yes. Friendly fire is always enabled, even within groups or parties. Be careful when shooting near your teammates.
Yes. You can set traps anywhere except inside safe zones. Traps are useful for defense or ambushes, but placing them in Green Mountain or other safe zones is strictly forbidden.
Groups and territories can have up to 4 members.
Each group can own up to 2 Garages with a Shared space of 10 parking space. Cars take up 1 parking space and helis 3 parking space. You can also have up to 1 vehicle parked outside your base. Stashed vehicles must be at least 1100m from your base. There is an automated system that will automatically remove random vehicles which do not meet the criteria.
Loot Crates contain rare items like armors, C4, and top-caliber snipers. A key is necessary to open them.
Airdrops spawn randomly with valuable loot including keys, rare rifles, base materials, and medical supplies.
You can search computers around the map with a screwdriver to find PC parts. Once you collect all the parts and assemble a complete PC, you can use it to decrypt disks. These decrypted disks reveal hidden stashes with epic loot locations around the map. Disks can be found mainly in radiation zones. Important: Always remove the battery and turn off your PC when not in use, as it will degrade over time.
Disable auto pilot for faster flying. Use auto pilot for smoother landings.
There are no restrictions on helicopter use. Players can use them as they wish—including scouting or raiding, so remain cautious. They can be destroyed, so be ready to defend your base.
No refunds are provided for lost or bugged vehicles. Vehicles in DayZ can behave unpredictably, use them at your own risk and enjoy the survival experience!
You can flip a heli using A or D keys. Alternatively use a wrench to flip the vehicle. You can also try pushing it if it's stuck.
After creating your base with a flag kit, each member can place one sleeping bag which you need to find. This allows spawning at the base. Note: There is a 45-minute cooldown. This applies if you die inside your base.
Yes. You can build within a 20-meter radius in all directions from your flag. Each player can have up to 10 lockable storage containers of their choice. Additionally, each flag supports up to 30 additional non-lockable storage containers.
Our server uses the Inventory Build mod. With this mod, you don't place materials like planks or nails into the hologram. Instead, you just need to have them in your inventory while building.
- Wear clothing with high insulation.
- Keep your player hydrated, well fed and avoid interactions with other sick survivors.
- Avoid eating or drinking questionable consumables.
- Learn to identify each DayZ sickness and treat it early. Leaving a sickness untreated can eventually kill your charcter.

Yes. Press the "N" key to enable or disable earplugs.
Use the DZSA Launcher. Click the wrench icon next to the server to force mod validation and update any out-of-date files.
Alternatively use DayZ Launcher and it will take care loaded mods updates for you.
Clear your mod cache or delete and resubscribe to the mods from the Steam Workshop. Then relaunch DZSA and try again.
Lower shadows, disable ambient occlusion and Water Reflections. Running in full screen (not borderless) often helps performance.
Make sure Windows Game Mode is off, update GPU drivers, and ensure no background apps are interfering.
